Biography
Hello!
Victor is a Visiting Professor of OB at Tulane – Freeman. He is deeply committed to advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion at Tulane.
Victor's research focus centers around psychological safety and making all individuals feel like they can speak up and voice their ideas without hesitation. He researches different ways to enhance EDI.
Courses
Victor teaches Organizational Behavior (OB: MGMT 3010) and Dimensions in Human Resource Management (HRM: MGMT 4130) and is currently enjoying teaching two sections of OB (MGMT 3010.09 and MGMT 3010.08) during this fall semester 2023
